Starting with just 27 units, Bhausaheb Navale's business has now expanded to cover an entire acre. They ship plants all over the country. Bhausaheb's nursery cultivates a hundred different plant varieties and supplies them to 300 nurseries across the nation.

Besides, Bhausaheb boasts a decade of expertise in growing roses in Ethiopian polyhouses. He earned a monthly salary of Rs. 2.5 lakhs from 1995 to 2020, enjoying a comfortable lifestyle.

Having dedicated nearly 25 years to this profession, he eventually returned to his homeland and embarked on a career in the nursery business.

While most people labor through their careers, dreaming of retirement, Bhausaheb Navale charted a unique course. He left behind his Rs 2.5 lakh per month job, not for retirement but to dive into entrepreneurship at the age of 50.
