1. First Scottish Independence War (1296–1328)

The First Scottish Independence War, from 1296 to 1328, began when England tried to control Scotland. It included important battles like the crucial Battle of Bannockburn in 1314.

2. Mexican Independence War (1810–21)

From 1810 to 1821, Mexico fought for independence from Spain, beginning with Miguel Hidalgo's Grito de Dolores and concluding with the Treaty of Córdoba, recognizing Mexico as a sovereign nation.

3. Texas Revolution (1835–36)

The Texas Revolution (1835-1836) was a conflict between Texan settlers and Mexican authorities. Key battles like the Alamo and San Jacinto led to Texan independence and the Republic of Texas.

4. Haitian Revolution (1791–1804)

The Haitian Revolution (1791-1804) was a successful slave revolt in Haiti against the French. Led by Toussaint Louverture and Jean-Jacques Dessalines, it made Haiti the first independent black republic in the Americas.

5. First Indian War of Independence (1857)

The 1857 Indian Rebellion, or Sepoy Mutiny, was a widespread uprising against British rule in India, starting with sepoys. It later fueled a broader anti-colonial movement, impacting India's fight for independence.

6. Malagasy Uprising (1947–48)

The Malagasy Uprising, from 1947 to 1948, was a nationalist movement against French colonial rule in Madagascar. Though suppressed by French forces, it played a role in Madagascar gaining independence in 1960.
